    We thrive on great customer experience and convenience. Hence, we offer free worldwide shipping from our warehouses in North America, Europe and Asia using express shipping couriers such as PostNL, Turkeypost, ePacket or EMS and USPS.

    SHIPPING TO OVER 240 COUNTRIES

    We work with global courier services to ship our useful products to over 240 countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.

    LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

    Rarefinda.com is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

    SHIPPING TIME

    Shipping time varies by location. Due to the popularity of our offers, please expect a tracking number between 3-5 business days. Once your product ships, shipping times are quoted by the carrier as taking 8-20 business days.

    CUSTOMS

    We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

    TRACKING INFORMATION

    You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

    Our tracking says “No information available at the moment”.

    For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

    WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

    For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

    Why is my tracking info not updating?

    There is no need to worry, this is perfectly normal. When your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking will be very slow to update. Once the item lands in your country, it will move very quickly to your doorstep. You can track it here by entering your order number and email address.
